COMMUNITY

CHARITY REPORT

During the course of 2024, we raised over £3,000 for our Charity of the Year, Bolton Destitute Animal Shelter. In addition to the food, toys, donations, sticky pads and bedding that we collected and donated throughout the year, December's Charity Carol Concert raised £1,051 on the night.

We also supported Out There (Supporting Families of Prisoners) with panto tickets for the children at Christmas. Out There is a registered charity providing emotional and practical support and an information service for families of prisoners in Greater Manchester.

We have selected Urban Outreach as our Charity of the Year for 2025 and look forward to working with them in their good work. Urban Outreach is a Christian charity providing food for households in crisis, and person-centred support for the most disadvantaged and vulnerable adults and young people in Bolton. Established in 1990 their core aim is to be consistently dependable, creative, challenging and inspirational in the support and care they provide across the town.
