Hello
In this issue we're looking at corporate and commercial issues.
When it comes to handling corporate and commercial issues, the legal professional to speak to at Fieldings Porter is John Webster, Partner and Head of Commercial and Employment Departments. |
REACCREDITATION |
We have again been reaccredited by the Law Society for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme for another year; another objective review of the quality advice and processes we have in place for that legal area. |
CRIMINAL DEFENCE PEER REVIEW |
We recently had a Peer Review for Criminal Defence work and received the result of Competence Plus or a rating of 2 out of 5 (with 1 being the highest). This shows the continued quality of our legal advice and assistance at all levels – at the police station, magistrates courts and crown courts. Legal aid and private clients are all serviced. |
CHRISTMAS CAROL CONCERT |
The Parish Church is booked for Saturday 14 December for the annual Christmas Charity Carol Concert, starting at 6pm, where we will be joined by our musical friends from Corus Brass and the BMS Singers along with the Fieldings Porter Choir. All proceeds to go to our Charity of the Year, Bolton Destitute Animal Shelter. We know it’s a little early to be telling you this but put it in your diaries now! |
