Charity Christmas Carol Concert

This year's Fieldings Porter Annual Charity Christmas Carol Concert was held on Saturday 16 December 2023 at Bolton Parish Church. Corus Brass and the BMS Singers accompanied the Fieldings Porter choir for an exceptional evening of music and poetry.

The concert was in aid of Lagan's Foundation for whom we raised over £500. Lagan's provides unique home health care and respite in the North West for families and children living with complex health needs.

Our People

We're delighted to announce that two of our current cohort of trainee solicitors have now qualified. Yasmine Bolton and Will Lomax have been with the firm a number of years now and completed the somewhat gruelling task of examinations and assessments to qualify as solicitors. They continue the firm's long tradition of training young lawyers and retaining them to continue to act for our many clients, hopefully for many years to come.

Yasmine said: "The training that I’ve received at Fieldings Porter has been exceptional. I’ve been supported and guided by senior members of staff throughout my training, but at the same time I’ve been given the freedom and responsibility to work on a dynamic caseload. I’m looking forward to furthering my career at the firm and continuing to work with such a great team of people."

Will said: "I’ve had a great experience during my time at Fieldings Porter. From initially joining the firm as a summer intern to now qualifying as a solicitor, the partners and the firm have been nothing but supportive in my early legal journey. It has and continues to be an absolute pleasure to work for such an excellent and well-established firm and I look forward to my continued progression at Fieldings Porter for years to come."
