REGULATORY TEAM SUCCESSFUL AGAINFollowing a competitive tendering process the firm’s regulatory team were again appointed as the sole solicitor agents for the Health and Safety Executive in conducting their cases, including prosecutions in the courts in the North West and North Wales regions.
This will be for another two, likely three years and will take us beyond the 19 years we have been conducting the work for them, making Craig Morris and his team arguably the most experienced in the country.
