We hope that you are keeping well and staying safe. This Month In this update we're looking at recent legal updates relating to Private Client matters:
• Family Disputes & Wills - a professionally drafted will is essential; • Minimising Inheritance Tax - we can advise on the setting up of trusts and advise on the making of gifts; • Home-made Wills - trouble in store. We have experienced solicitors who can deal with contesting wills but this just reinforces the need to take quality and qualified legal advice in making the will in the first place. COVID-19 UPDATE We continue to monitor UK Government guidance on the COVID-19 pandemic closely. You can read our latest COVID-19 risk assessment carried out on 17 September here. Our offices remain open to clients by appointment only.
Whatever legal issues you encounter, you need only pick up the phone and speak to a member of our team. Recognised as an approachable and very knowledgable bunch, we’re always happy to chat.
