Update 29
Update 29: Family Matters

Family Matters

Hello

We hope that you are keeping well and staying safe during the current virus crisis.

This Month

In this update we're looking at Family matters:
•  No-fault divorce - updated info and guidance;
•  Divorce and the family home - a difficult situation made complex;

•  Divorce and residence - how does residence affect children.

COVID-19
We continue to monitor UK Government guidance on the COVID-19 pandemic closely, and whilst our offices remain closed to visitors and clients, we are still progressing client matters as legal advisers work from home. Please read our COVID-19 coronavirus statement. For everything else you wanted to know about COVID-19, these blog articles may help.

Whatever legal issues you encounter, you need only pick up the phone and speak to a member of our team. Recognised as an approachable and very knowledgable bunch, we’re always happy to chat.

Contact our office in Bolton on 01204 540900 or in Manchester on 0161 834 4722
