Peter Cunliffe elected Vice President
Fieldings Porter partner Peter Cunliffe has been elected Vice President of the
Bolton Law Society for 2019, and will take over the Presidency in 2020.
Peter said "I'm delighted to be given this honour, following in the footsteps of many people from Fieldings Porter who have undertaken this role in years gone by. I hope to be able to contribute something to the work of the Society, addressing issues that affect the town and its people at a wider level, whenever there’s an interaction with the law"

Housing cases rated 'Excellent' in Peer Review
Fieldings Porter have received a category 1 rating of 'Excellence' from the Legal Aid Agency, after a Peer Review report on our Housing cases. Peer reviews - as the name suggests - are reviews carried out anonymously by firms of solicitors on each other. Comments from the review included:
